About Richard R. Rafter

Richard Practices law in all of the courts in Georgia, including Probate court, Magistrate Court, State Court, Superior Court, the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Richard is also a member of the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Richard brings to his law practice over 25 years business experience, as well as experience in Government contracting and logistics throughout his career in engineering, engineering management and shipbuilding.

Richard has been practicing law in Georgia for over 7 years and handles cases in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills, Trusts, and Estates, Probate Law and Real Estate law.
